Cleet E. Snyder, CPA, AEP

Cleet Snyder is the founder and principal of Snyder and Company CPA, with offices in Santa Rosa and Napa, California. Mr. Snyder has worked in public accounting since 1988. Prior to that, he spent fifteen years in private industry, serving in positions as Controller, Chief Finanicial Officer, Systems Director and Consultant. Cleet has extensive experience in Banking, Propery Development, Retail and Construction Management industries.

Snyder and Company was
founded in 1998 by
Cleet E. Snyder, CPA, AEP.

In addition to working with individuals and businesses, he works extensively in the area of estates and trusts, providing services in both the area of estate planning and compliance - Estate Taxation and Estate and Trust Fiduciary Accounting, Taxation and Adminitration.

Cleet is a member of the California Soceity of CPAs, National Assoicaiotn of Estate Planners and Councils (NAEPC) and the Redwood Empire Estate Planning Council and holds and Estate Planning Certificate from the California CPA Education Foundation and is an Accredited Estate Planner.

Brooke P. Koop, CPA

Brooke has been a staff accountant and tax preparer with Snyder and Company, CPA since 2006. After starting her career at Grant Thornton, LLP in San Francisco she then spent four years as a Senior Financial Analyst at Fireman's Fund Insruance company before coming to Snyder and Company, CPA. Brooke has a BS in Accounting from Santa Clara University, is a member of the california Society of CPAs.
